We had a very busy day on Saturday 16th June. As well as performing Flying The Nest in Derbyshire, our team travelled to East Sussex for the Crowborough Town Sussex Day with our new show Too Many Cooks, which is commissioned by Applause rural Touring.
Sussex Day is a celebration held in Crowborough every year, taking place on St Richard’s Day, who is the patron saint of the county. There were many events happening throughout the day and it was wonderful to be part of the celebrations, commemorating the rich heritage and culture of the town.
We felt very welcomed in Crowborough, we performed on the Chapel Green and the lovely ladies at the church even gave us a vintage tea trolley and bread bin to help us with the show.
I wonder where our food-loving trio will be heading off to on their travels next?
